How To Measure Your body ?
  • Bust - Start by wearing a well-fitting bra or no bra at all. Stand up straight with your arms at your sides. Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust, ensuring it is parallel to the ground. Take the measurement without compressing your breasts and make sure the tape is snug but not tight.
  • Waist - Locate your natural waist, which is the narrowest part of your torso, typically above your belly button and below your ribcage. Wrap the measuring tape around your natural waistline, ensuring it is level all the way around. Keep the tape snug but comfortable, without holding your breath or sucking in your stomach.
  • Hips - Stand with your feet together and find the widest part of your hips, usually around the hip bones. Wrap the measuring tape around this area, making sure it is parallel to the ground. Check that the tape is not too tight or too loose and ensure it is level all the way around your hips.
Remember to record your measurements in inches or centimeters for future use when shopping for clothing. Having accurate measurements of your bust, waist, and hips will help you select the right sizes and achieve a better fit for your body shape.
